Costikyan, a detective, to track them down and get revenge.

Ewan McGregor stars as a cleaning man in L.A. who takes his
boss's daughter (Cameron Diaz) hostage after being fired and replaced by a robot.
Two "angels" who are in charge of human relationships on earth,
offer some unsolicited help to bring this unlikely couple together.
The "angels" are so successful that the daughter soon turns on her
father in order to save her captor.

Back in High School, Ted, an average guy, thought his prayers were answered when local beauty Mary, asked him to the Prom. However on the night, things took a turn for the worse. Anyway, years later wishing to be reunited with Mary, Ted hires a private detective, Pat to track her down. Pat however falls for her and a Love-Triangle emerges. However a pizza delivery boy has also fallen in love with Mary, hence Love-Rectangle. With many hilarious scenes, the movie finally ends up with Mary having to choose one of her suitors.
